Ted Higgins

Ted Higgins has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, management, sales/sales management, service excellence, and team effectiveness consulting.

Ted was VP, Talent and Leadership, for Fidelity Investments and was responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of top talent leadership development.  He implemented an integrated talent management strategy including a talent management architecture and brand.  He led the Sales/Service Learning Center of Excellence with responsibility for relationship management, curriculum design, content development, and facilitation for all relationship management/sales roles.  Additionally, he recruited, led, and developed a team of internal facilitators delivering management and leadership programs for all Fidelity leaders.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Ted spent 20 years at The Forum Corporation, applying his consulting, design, and facilitation expertise in sales, customer service, management, and leadership.  Major clients included 3M, Fidelity, Xerox, GE Capital, and Northeast Utilities.

Ted holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Northeastern University.  He resides in the greater Boston area.
