Simon Cartwright

Simon Cartwright has 18 years of experience as a facilitator, designer, and coach working with all levels within organizations.  He brings line management experience and a business perspective to his work.  He is known for his high energy and enthusiastic delivery style.

Simon has extensive experience in the hospitality, technology, life sciences, oil and exploration, investment banking, retail, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and professional services sectors.  His clients have included Air Products, Akamai Technologies, Amgen, AT&T, Barclays Bank, British Petroleum, Cable & Wireless, ConocoPhillips, Deutsche Bank, Gilead Sciences, Gilead, Johnson & Johnson, Marriott International, Merrill Lynch, Merck, National Health Services, PerkinElmer, Pfizer, Quintiles, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sanofi, Starwood Hotels, State Street Bank, Swiss Re, and United Technologies.

Simon is a member of the British Psychological Society and is a licensed practitioner in FIRO-B, OPQ, 16PF, and MBTI, a qualified lecturer in Emotional Intelligence, and a certified executive coach.

Simon earned his MCIPD from Warwick University.  Based in the UK, Simon regularly works globally in Asia, Africa, and the United States.
