Robin Grumman-Vogt is an accomplished consultant and facilitator of innovative learning experiences. She has facilitated workshops including communicative leadership, business strategy, organizational change, and understanding company business.
Robin’s recent work includes designing a talent gap and coaching process for senior executives not selected for a specific promotion. The process includes feedback from multiple assessment tools, individual development plans, and one-on-one follow-up for a 12-month period.
Earlier in her career, Robin spent a decade working in banking, as the VP of Advisory Services at Chase Manhattan Bank, and then as Senior Manager of Organization Development at the Bank of Boston. Robin subsequently worked as a sales executive for three firms in the arena of educational software: MicroMentor, Omega, and Avaltus.
In addition to her work in financial services, Robin’s clients have included the Harvard Graduate School of Education, HEI, Otis Elevator, Vertex, Pfizer, Saab, and Unilever.
Robin holds a BA degree in Political Science from Hunter College and an MBA from New York University.
