Nina Coil has over 20 years of experience in the leadership development space. She has designed, developed, facilitated, and trained others to deliver programs in a broad array of topics.
Nina worked as a senior consultant for Linkage, developed the training arm of the Commonwealth Corporation, and trained public service lawyers for the Legal Services Corporation.
Nina has worked globally for clients including Allergan, Aventis, Cisco, Citigroup, FM Global, International Monetary Fund, Johnson & Johnson, Liberty Mutual, MIT Library Council, MassMutual, McKesson MetLife, Museum of Science Boston, Peabody Essex Museum, Phillips Global, Procter & Gamble, Schering-Plough, Schwab, Serono, Takeda, Thomson Financial, U.S. Coast Guard, and XRite.
Nina holds a B.A. from Bennington College in French and German. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Hogan and DiSC assessments. She is certified in William Bridges’ approach to transition, LEGO Serious Play, and Clayton Christenson’s innovation methodology. She is also a certified online facilitator. She lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
