Mike Hammond has over twenty-five years of experience as a consultant and facilitator in the areas of leadership, management, executive presence, service excellence, and team effectiveness. He is passionate about helping leaders create change in themselves and their teams to deliver real business results.
Mike was Director, Talent and Leadership, for Fidelity Investments, responsible for the overall strategy, design, and delivery of Fidelity’s leadership development programs and experiences across the firm. Those programs focused on transforming behaviors, providing skills to lead more authentically, drive innovative solutions, and deliver more effective and efficient business results. He also worked alongside the Diversity and Inclusion group to help integrate their work into all the leadership experiences and implement new programs that would leverage the unique perspective and experience that all leaders possess.
Some of Mike’s clients include ABB, Bank of America, BASF, Cambridge Associates, The Hartford, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
Mike holds a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Xavier University. He resides in the greater Boston area.
