Melissa Christenson

Melissa Christenson has over 25 years of experience in learning and development including needs assessment, curriculum design and development, program delivery and implementation, and evaluation. She has designed programs in communication skills, customer service, interviewing techniques, presentation skills, team building, management development, and performance management.

Prior to her consulting role, Melissa was the Worldwide Training Manager at Reebok International, where she implemented the corporate development strategy and oversaw professional and management development programs.

Melissa received both her B.A. in Human Resources and Personnel Administration and M. Ed.in Organizational Development and Applied Group Dynamics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She lives in Southern New Hampshire.
