María Camblor has 20 years of experience partnering with companies to implement successful business transformation strategies through the professional development of their people. She accelerates participants’ mindset changes by means of action plans and tenaciously seeks collaboration between managers and individual contributors.
Prior to her consulting career, María served as the Commercial and Strategic Alliances Director with Civista, where she recruited and managed the sales team and determined market segmentation and sales strategy. She also worked in sales management for IBM, covering markets in Spain and Portugal with a Solution Selling approach.

Maria is working toward a Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology. She holds a Masters in Physics Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
