Marguerite Fletcher has over ten years of experience in leadership development, diversity consulting, coaching, and facilitation. She has worked in legal, technology, pharmaceutical, and financial services organizations as well as non-profits and higher education institutions. Marguerite has designed and facilitated workshops on leadership development, conflict management, diversity and inclusion, mentoring, and feedback. She has coached senior executives and developed strategic plans.
Marguerite worked as an Associate at Hale and Dorr, as Corporate Counsel for Lotus Development Corporation, and Assistant General Counsel for Genuity, Inc. She later started her own law practice, Fletcher Legal Consulting, advising clients on corporate and technology matters.
Marguerite received her undergraduate degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Marguerite was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and has lived in Jamaica, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She presently resides in the greater Boston area and has two children who are in college. In her free time, Marguerite enjoys going to the theater, hiking, kayaking, ice climbing, and cross-country skiing.
