Ken De Loreto applies his 26 years of consulting and business experience with learning theory to drive pragmatic endeavors that solve clients’ business problems. He is a consultant, facilitator, coach, and instructional designer, specializing in the areas of sales, management, leadership development and facilitation skills. Ken has significant experience with varied audience levels, from front-line to senior team, in organizations ranging from start-ups to large, global firms.
Ken describes his role as making it easier for people to deliver results by enabling them to uncover and eliminate what is blocking them from being the best version of themselves they can be.
Ken’s clients include American Express, AT&T, Biogen Idec, Deloitte & Touche, Disney, Fidelity, GE, Genzyme, Intuit, MetLife, Mobil Europe, PerkinElmer, and UPS.
Ken holds a B.A. in French with concentration in communication from Assumption College. He splits his time between the Berkshire Mountains in Massachusetts and Miami, Florida.
