Karen Russo specializes in facilitating sales/sales management, service excellence, technical selling, team effectiveness, and presentation skills workshops. In addition, she designs and facilitates instructor certifications for a variety of curricula.
Karen has worked with clients in the U.S. and Canada, from frontline through senior-management levels, in a variety of industries.
Karen’s prior positions include direct sales with the Forum Corporation and maintaining cash management relationships as an Assistant Vice President for Bankers Trust Company.
Karen’s clients have included Allianz Fireman’s Fund, American Express, AOL, Bank of America, Chubb, Deloitte, Fidelity, Fifth Third Bank, Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Times, Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Scripps, Southwestern Gas, Ultimate Software, Visa, and Willis.
Karen earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Broadcasting and Theatre Arts from the University of Maryland. She earned an M.B.A. with specializations in Finance and Management of Organizations from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
Karen lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
