Joseph Tay

Joseph Tay has sixteen years of experience as a facilitator, executive coach, and organizational consultant working with multinational companies and government agencies. His focus areas include emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, communication, leadership, teamwork, and change transformation.

Joseph worked for twenty years in financial functions and ran businesses regionally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company.

As a facilitator and executive coach, he has successfully worked with dynamic people and senior team members including CMOs, CFOs and CEOs. Joseph has worked in the consumer products, high technology, leisure, transportation, and banking industries.

Joseph received a Bachelor’s degree in business (with distinction) and an MSc in International Marketing and a MBA (with high honors). Joseph also earned a graduate certificate in Creativity and Change from SUNY Buffalo. He is a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation. His professional training includes a rigorous one-year coaching program at the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems, in Cleveland, Ohio. He has also attended the Strategic Human Capital Management course by Mercer at Singapore Management University.

Joseph lives in Singapore and facilitates and coaches Asian and Western clients.
