Joelle LaGuerre has more than fifteen years of experience in learning and development, coaching, and organizational development. She is a dynamic facilitator with enthusiasm for individual and organizational growth.
Joelle began her learning and development career in the not-for-profit sector. She has held program management and leadership roles in private industry, higher education, and the federal government. She led the learning and development function at an global DC law firm. She currently serves on the faculty of the Human Capital Institute, facilitating professional development certification courses for HR professionals.
Joelle’s clients have included AT&T, Coley & Associates, DEEP (The Disruptive Equity Education Project), Georgetown University, and Liberty Mutual.
Joelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in organizational psychology from Oakwood University and a graduate certificate in leadership development from George Washington University. A life-long learne, she is currently pursuing a graduate degree in coaching psychology. Joelle lives in Washington DC. She is an NBA fanatic and enjoys anything and everything related to food, music, and travel.
