Jocelyn Davis

Jocelyn Davis is a consultant, designer, and author with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate learning. She focuses on the design of leadership and sales curricula across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Results By Design, she was EVP, Research & Development, for The Forum Corporation, a global learning solutions company. She and her team were responsible for developing and managing Forum’s intellectual property, with an emphasis on creating research-based training programs and technologies for leadership and sales effectiveness. She is lead author of the book Strategic Speed: Mobilize People, Accelerate Execution (Harvard Business Press) and has published numerous other books and articles.

Jocelyn’s clients have included Aetna, Eli Lilly, Freddie Mac, GE Capital, IBM, KPMG, Liberty Mutual, Microsoft, Scotiabank, The Toronto Star, Unilever, and the Walt Disney Company.

Jocelyn earned a B.A. in philosophy with high honors from Swarthmore College and an M.A. in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
