Joan Bragar has over 25 years of experience creating and delivering leadership and executive coaching programs that develop leaders to face challenges and achieve results. She currently teaches leadership and team-building programs in innovative biotechnology companies.
Joan launched and built leadership practices at multiple consulting firms including programs and publications; she developed training models in Leadership and Influence that have been used in programs for Fortune 500 companies, including General Electric; and she designed, trained facilitators, and scaled up a leadership development program for health care managers and organizations in 42 countries in the developing world.
She serves as adjunct faculty, teaching leadership at the Boston University School of Public Health.
Joan’s clients have included AXA Financial, LG Group, Mellon Financial, Pfizer, United Technologies, and the Ministries of Health in Egypt and Afghanistan.
Joan received her B.A., Master’s, and Doctorate in Education from Harvard University. Her doctoral research focused on attributes of high-performing leaders. She resides in the Boston area.
