She has facilitated many management development workshops for Fortune 500 companies on topics including coaching, providing feedback, relationship building, communication, influence, storytelling, and difficult conversations.
Hope has worked with the Ariel Group for 7 years and the Mind Gym for 5 years. She has worked with clients in a broad range of industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical products, professional services, technology, consumer goods, and financial services.

Hope holds a B.A. in Literature from Yale University, an M.A. in English from the University of Utah, and an M.A.T. in English from Agnes Scott College.
