Galina Jeffrey provides executive coaching to help leaders increase responsibility and build their capabilities. She draws on her experience as a seasoned line executive as well as a talent development practitioner, using neuroscience principles to augment her knowledge of change.
Galina has held prior executive roles with The Forum Corporation, BayBanks, and Citibank.

Galina earned a B.A. in Russian Studies and Education from Fordham University. She completed graduate work in Adult Education and Organizational Development at Fordham University and the University of Southern California. She holds a Master Executive Coach Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute and a Neuroscience Business Coaching Certification. She is fluent in both English and Russian. She lives outside Boston, Massachusetts.
