Fredia Woolf focuses on increasing the effectiveness of senior-level managers and executives. She coaches individuals and groups, as well as designs and facilitates leadership workshops.
She brings a multi-cultural, cross-industry perspective to her work, and her data-driven approach, with her ability to inspire trust and bring out the best in others, enables her to catalyze positive change in leaders, teams, and organizations.
Fredia worked in the global capital markets for 16 years, advising institutional investors on European equity investments and coaching executives on investor relations and shareholder communication. She built the international sales capability of brokerage houses, turned around failing sales teams, and introduced innovative service models, resulting in dramatically improved relationships and revenues.
Her clients include the American Society of Dermatological Surgeons, EMD Serono, Fidelity Investments, Partners Health Care, RBS Citizens Bank, State Street Bank, and TD Bank.
Fredia holds an M.B.A. (with highest honors) from Simmons School of Management and a B.A. (honors) from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She lives in the greater Boston area.
