Fernando has delivered thousands of workshops around the world to Fortune 500 companies. His audiences have ranged from first-time managers to senior-level executives, and from small groups to hundreds of people. He has coached and consulted with leaders in energy, health care, manufacturing, and financial services industries.
Fernando’s early background includes delivering lectures at the Museum of Science and co-producing public affairs programs for WBZ-TV in Boston.
Fernando’s clients include Biogen Idec, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Citibank, Delta Airlines, DuPont, Kaiser Permanente, Merck, PHH, Serono, and UPS. He has worked extensively in the U.S. and around the world.
Fernando earned a B.A. in Mass Communications and Speech from Emerson College. He is a graduate of the Boston Latin School and lives in the Greater Boston area.
