Edward Donovan

Ed Donovan develops and implements consulting and training strategies that drive organizational change for increased growth and profitability. Ed’s focus areas include leadership development, communication styles and strategies, team building, conflict resolution, and customer relations. He has been described as energetic, enlightening, and extremely creative in his approach and delivery to training and learning.

Ed’s unique experience with adult education and his development and facilitation of innovative programs provide clients with customized design, innovative delivery options, and measurable learning outcomes.

Ed was formerly Director of Continuing Education at Penn State University, responsible for design and delivery of professional development and degree programs on a statewide level, and chair of the School of Education at Chatham University in Pittsburgh.

Ed’s clients have included BNY Mellon Corporation, Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Foremost Insurance, Giant Eagle, GlaxoSmithKline, PPG Industries, UBS-AG, and U.S. Steel.

Ed received his Master’s degree in Adult Education from Penn State with an emphasis in Training and Development in Workforce Education. He lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
