Edgar Gutiérrez focuses on strategy development and alignment, transformation and change management, and sales leadership development. He has more than 20 years of global experience in strategy, sales, operations, and finance.
Edgar worked in finance, sales and supply chain, and training roles for the Colombian Controllers Office, ExxonMobil, Monsanto, Carvajal, and Unilever. He has partnered with Accenture, Imparta-UK, The Exetor Group, and TMT-USA to deliver consulting, training, and coaching services.
Edgar’s clients have included Alcatel, AON, ANDI, BASF, BP-Catrol, CLARO, Corona Home Center, Danisco, DuPont, ExxonMobil, Gazel, GE, HP, IFC-World Bank, Intel, Intelsat, McCain, Movistar, Propilco, RSA, Roche, Rockwell Automation, SAB-Miller Bavaria, Shell, Siemens, Telefónica, Terpel, Tetra Pak, TIGO, UNDP, and Unilever LA.
Edgar received a degree in Business Administration from Rosario University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Andes University, Colombia, and in Strategy-BSC from Crandfield School in the U.K. He also has a “Leader Coach” degree from CHI. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students and has spoken at several Colombian industry associations.
Edgar lives in Colombia and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
