Court Chilton has helped organizations produce business results from learning, coaching, and enterprise-wide change efforts for the last 20 years. He is currently a senior lecturer at MIT Sloan. Court has worked internationally to create branded client experiences, improve service and relationship management, provide sales, leadership, and executive education, implement Six Sigma, and coach executives.
Court began working in the field of organizational change at The Forum Corporation. He was responsible for the firm’s core leadership, teaming, and total quality offerings. As a senior vice president, he managed the mid-Atlantic geography and several strategic client relationships. He is an effective facilitator and coach for senior teams.
Court’s clients have included Aker Solutions, Alstom, AstraZeneca, CVS, Clifford Chance, Fallon Clinic, Fidelity, GE Capital, Genzyme, Goldman Sachs, Home Depot, and KPMG.
Court received a B.A., magna cum laude with high honors, from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School. He lives outside Boston with his family.
