Chris Olex is a facilitator and coach specializing in individual, team, and management/ leadership development. Her skills fully encompass the “ins” and “outs” of organizational development, with training in both indoor and outdoor environments. Her programs are designed to promote teamwork, improve communication, and stimulate creative problem solving through safe yet challenging elements.
Chris is certified in MBTI, DiSC, Effective Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, StrengthsFinder, and The Motivation Factor. Chris is in process to becoming a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Chris has a B.A. in Psychology with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Bradley University. In her free time, Chris enjoys triathlons and has hiked the 2,200-mile Appalachian Trail. She lives in the greater Boston area.
