Charles Pratt

Chuck Pratt is a consultant specializing in team building, leadership development, coaching, interpersonal skills training, conflict management, emotional intelligence, appreciative inquiry, group facilitation, and dialogue. He has coached executives and consulted with organizations for more than 15 years in business, government, and not-for-profit organizations.

His Coast Guard career highlights include command of two ships and roles in Professional Development at the Coast Guard Academy.

Chuck is certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Bar-on Emotional Quotient Inventory, the CPI 260, as well as the FIRO-B, TKI, and LSI. He is a member of the training faculties of the Association for Psychological Type (APT) and Qualifying.org.

Chuck’s clients have included Boeing, Cambria Consulting, Fidelity, The Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Microsoft, Phillips, and University of Washington.

A 1979 graduate of the Coast Guard Academy, he has a B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Instructional Technology from Utah State University. He lives with his family just outside of Seattle.
