Betsy Gillis has over 20 years of experience in learning and performance development. Her areas of expertise include instructional design, development, facilitation, project management, and process consulting. Betsy has facilitated virtual and classroom- based leadership and management development, customer service, and team-building sessions.
Betsy’s prior experience includes working at Implementation Project SchoolSuccess.net where she led a technical design team that created a web-based tutorial and supporting practice modules.
Prior to this, Betsy worked in research, design, development, facilitation, faculty management, and project management for The Forum Corporation.

Betsy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College and a Master’s degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University. She lives with her family outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
