Bertha-Elena Rojas

Bertha-Elena Rojas has ten years of consulting experience with organizations across the United States.  She has facilitated workshops in inclusive leadership, cultural competency, equity, diversity and inclusion, as well as other leadership development areas.

Bertha-Elena coaches leaders at all levels and is certified in the Immunity to Change model.

Bertha-Elena’s former positions include program design and implementation for English Learners for the Worcester Public Schools and Parent Engagement for the Parent Institute for Quality Education.  She has worked at the Assistant Superintendent level, managing a staff of 230 people and a $15 million dollar operating budget.

Bertha-Elena received her license in Psychology from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.  She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College and an M.Ed. from Worcester State University.

Bertha-Elena facilitates in both Spanish and English.  She lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband and son.
