In her role as Operations Manager, Ashley schedules and coordinates resources for client deliveries. She ensures that resources have the information and materials they need to effectively support our clients. As part of this, Ashley manages the resource scheduling system, compiling information about resource assignments, customer locations, site logistics, and other key elements that enable us to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ashley also manages the assessment process for the company. This includes deploying, tracking, printing, and shipping all survey reports. She works with a broad range of assessments including DiSC, Insights, Thomas-Kilmann Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, among others.
Prior to this role she worked as an administrative assistant for a Utah based shipping company.
She currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her family.
