Ann Lovett Baird has over twenty-five years of experience in learning design, consulting, and facilitation in leadership development, sales, technical skills, and customer service. Her work has included Effective Communication with DiSC®, Negotiation Skills, New Consultant Mentoring, and Customer Service Excellence. She has also developed Sales Leader and Supply Chain Onboarding training.
Ann is known for her amazing presence in the classroom, adjusting to participant needs and engaging her groups.

Ann holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She has served in leadership roles for the Dallas chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (now ATD). Ann lives in the Dallas, Texas area.
